The Sandra Petronio Family Communication Dissertation Excellence Award is granted to a scholar who successfully defended a dissertation and/or graduated within the last academic year (from September 1, 2015 to August 31, 2016). Please note, these are extended eligibility dates from the previous call. The deadline has been extended to June 15, 2017.

To be eligible, a dissertation must be nominated by a faculty member of the department in which the dissertation was completed.
